“ We went here for breakfast on a Friday. Id expected it to be packed, but theres plenty of seating indoors and outdoors to accommodate a good number of guests. The service was excellent. I was visiting with my dad, and we wound up sitting for a few hours. I never felt that staff was rushing us out, and they stayed super attentive throughout our visit. Finally, the food totally rocks. I genuinely thought it was worth the trip for the waffle I had the Salty Pig. I returned to try the GlutenFree waffle. Tasted just as delicious. I also tried their Sausage Egg Sandwich scrambled with cheese, and have since returned four times in two weeks for an egg sandwich. Something about that grill taste on the sausage. Im used to a large patty, but loving the triple links they use. Those NYNJNortheast folks missing a solid egg sandwich ON A GOOD ROLL, look no further than Waffle Monkey. They threw salt, pepper, and ketchup on there for me last time, but its honestly amazing plain. Order ahead, and its a quick pick up, NE corner of Bonita Beach Road and Old 41. If youre doing a waffle, do it there, but I have also done a waffle to go! They have a full menu of espresso drinks as well. Enjoy it before the line is out the door in season. ”
